Marine debris is a growing environmental problem and is a major threat to health of the Great Barrier Reef. This session will illustrate how you might engage your students to undertake a clean-up and litter audit, before developing a source reduction plan.

The Great Barrier Reef is home to a tremendous diversity of marine life, and this presentation will introduce you to a selection of amazing reef creatures.

The Great Barrier Reef has an amazing diversity of marine life that calls it home. The same is true for the array of different careers the Reef supports. Join the Reef Education team (science graduates) for a look at some opportunities that an education in the sciences may open up for you.

Do your students have an innovative, eco-friendly idea to help protect the Great Barrier Reef? It could be a sustainable product, service, app, or technology that is used in your school, home, or local community.
