Care Needs Solutions - Inclusive Pathways

Care Needs Solutions is a disability organisation who provides both community access support and supported independent living. CNS is now also providing a day support service where participants are able to continue to access the community aswell as taking part in programs which increase independent living skills. Ensure support is person centred and in line with not only their personal goals but their NDIS ones.
