Oxley State School

Oxley State School was opened on 31 January 1870 and enjoys a reputation as a small school catering to the local community. Our school has a current enrolment of 520 students. Our curriculum is delivered by highly professional and experienced classroom teachers, who are supported by specialist Music, LOTE, Learning Support, Physical Education teachers and a Teacher Librarian. Teacher Aides also work as part of our teaching team. Students are encouraged to participate in various activities such as art shows, musicals, sport and academic competitions. The school is set on an expansive area of land, providing ample outdoor play space.

We encourage parent participation in the school through the P&C Association or by volunteering for school activities.
