We are excited to welcome Pacific Island organisations!
We are excited to welcome the first three Pacific Island organisations into the Reef Guardian School program.
GROW Aitutaki (Cook Islands) – a civil society organisation committed to supporting the development and wellbeing of young people through community based, place focused learning.
Dany Island Spectacular Marine Sanctuary, Vanuatu – a marine sanctuary and nesting site for sea turtles — including the endangered Hawksbill.
The American Samoa Department of Marine and Wildlife – who promote sustainable practices that ensure the long-term health and viability of the territory’s aquatic and wildlife resources, while also providing opportunities for recreation and economic development.
It's wonderful to have these organisations join our global network of Reef Guardians that collectively help to protect coral reef ecosystems worldwide.
Do you know of other educational organisations taking positive actions towards reef resilience? Encourage them to register and join our Reef Guardian School program.
