New Beginnings International Youth Marine Conservation Program
Beach clean-up activities include collecting, sorting and tabulating marine debris.
New Beginnings International's Youth Marine Conservation Program is a 3-level program encompassing both theory and practical activities. It is designed to give students a thorough grounding in Climate Change and Marine Conservation as well as potential career paths.
The aim of the program is to engender a deep interest in Marine Conservation at an early age and encourage program participants to go on to volunteer, further studies or a career in Marine Conservation. Throughout 2020-2025, the program has been made available to students at Queensland State Schools, with wide acceptance and acclaim by all involved - students, parents, teachers and school principals.
